Standard Chartered launched the ExploreYou campaign to attract talent universities graduates to apply their International Graduates Programme since 2012. In 2013, client wanted to promote "Women in banking" and welcome more female graduates to apply for to Standard Chartered.


We developed the BankLab sub-brand under the ExploreYou campaign. We gave out secret letters around the universities campus, inviting female students to apply the BankLab programme.

We designed a set of materials for the campaign. Under the letter "A", there is a cutout of a flask shape meaning laboratory. Upon on the style, we wanted to create a more relax feeling, far away from serious feeling to easily attract graduates to join.

We also created a few scenarios to bust the myth of the banking environment.
