Standard Chartered launched the ExploreYou campaign to attract talent universities graduates to apply their International Graduates Programme since 2012. In 2013, client promotes "Women in banking" and created the ExploreYou sub-brand, BankLab. It was a good start and in 2014, client wanted to broaden the BankLab campaign and welcome all graduate to join. Companies usually host campus fairs or campus presentations to reach the students. Instead, we invite students to come visit their bank as they claim they have the best working environment among all other banks, and to carry on with the brand belief "Here For Good".

We gave out secret letters and plastic test tubes around the universities campus, inviting students to apply the BankLab programme.

On the creative direction, we leveled up with last year visual and unite more on the style to ExploreYou campaign. We used laboratory elements to explain what is the function of a bank in graphic presentation in perspective. We wanted to arouse curiosity among students and let them explore what the programme is. We also used some small games to attract their attention like using the periodic table to let students guess the apply website.
