Cathay Pacific Line Maintenance Team is achieving the 20/20 Vision Strategy in 2014-2020. The skills, knowledge and behaviours are all affecting their performance. They released a competency framework document for all engineers to follow in order to achieve a successful performance.

Out task is to create an attractive output for the team to work around. The material needs to be easy to understand and using the same language of what the team is working at. So we created an airplane safety card for them. By splitting the airplane into different sections that matches with the document, it implies the importance of every single bits in achieving the success.
