In 2013, Standard Chartered was going to motivate current employees on work performance. They wanted to launch a Talent Classification programme to let employees understand what their career path will be like in the bank.

We helped to design the material for this programme. We used mountain climbing and landscape imagery as the theme. We wanted to give a positive and perseverance message to audiences. We used simple timeline chart and icons to layout the material to give a neat, precise and serious feeling.
