Rotary Club of Hong Kong Balance and Joy is formed by a group of Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners to do charity work for the community.

The logo visualised them as a part of the big Rotary family which carries the same vision. The two teeth of the Rotary gear stands for the two mission, balance and joy. It also symbolised the initial "B" of the club name.
